WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK

Conscious breathwork is a wonderful tool for self development, healing and transformation. As newborns, we enter the world by inhaling and we leave the world by exhaling. Our life is held within each breath we take. Breath is medicine, it can be used consciously transform your life.  Conscious connected breathwork can support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It helps the body to release toxins. During a session the body can  release up to 70% of the toxins stored helping to strengthen immunity and overall health.

When we breathe in a conscious connected rhythm, it causes temporary shifts in our physiology and chemistry. This creates a powerful state of altered consciousness. It is from this space that it is possible to release subconscious patterns, self limiting beliefs, suppressed emotions and traumas, which are often inaccessible through conventional talk therapies. These altered states of consciousness are where deep healing and transformative work can be done.

The breathwork journey is deeply personal. It is a tool for self discovery, for healing and for transformation. Whatever happens for you during the  session is what is meant for you, your only responsibility is to keep  breathing and honour yourself.
