BREATHWORK
Ashtanga vinyasa forms the basis of my class. I alternate between an strong energetic flow and a more gentle, restorative flow. Synchronizing breath is also a key element of my classes. I have completed courses in both and like to bring awareness to the breath as it facilitates the detoxification process of the body along with positive effects of deep healing and rejuvenation.
We enter the world by inhaling and we leave it by healing. Our life lives within our breath. It is medicine, it is transformational. We can use various breathing techniques to transform ourselves, to expand our consciousness and to heal. In my sessions and classes we will work with conscious connected breathwork, which can support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
ENERGY WORK
I use a combinations of energy healing techniques that I have learnt. I work on clearing your energy field of any stuck energies and stored or blocked emotions, balancing and aligning the chakras. When we go through something traumatic or difficult, our bodies can hold those emotions and store them if we do not properly process and release them. Moreover I help my clients to reconnect to their own energy flow and the inner wisdom within.
